The Jackson County Sertoma Christmas Miracle helps bring presents to children in need around the holidays. If you or someone you know needs an application, please download and print these applications off from our website. You may also pick up copies at the Jackson County Visitor Center between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m. Monday through Friday, 100 North Broadway Street, Seymour. The application deadline is December 17, but those who apply should turn in the application as soon as possible.

Applications may also be picked up at the Jackson County Health Department, WIC office, Seymour City Hall, Jackson County Department of Child Services, Human Services Office, all branches of the Jackson County Public Library, and all participating agencies of the Jackson County United Way.  They’re also available at the Jackson County Sheriff’s Department during regular business hours and in Medora at Bundy Brothers.

How to Help Jackson County Sertoma Christmas Miracle.

All donations are used in Jackson County for the children of Jackson County.  Sertoma is participating in Charity Tracker network to avoid any duplication of services.  All applications must be signed by the parent or legal guardian.  Applications are accepted for children 12 years of age and under.  All children must live in Jackson County.

1. Pick an angel from the Angel Trees at the Jackson County Public Library, Jackson County Visitor Center or Shoe Sensation, and deliver the gifts to Suite 211 in Shoppes of Seymour (Sertoma headquarters).
