SICA Open Hours – SICA will be open for regular hours, 1 to 6 p.m. June 27. There’s also the opportunity to work on art during the open hours. While there will be no formal instruction, this time will allow artists and those interested in art to gather and collaborate. For more information call or text 812-522-2278.

Friday, June 28

Friday Night Live – Bad Medicine will play Friday Night Live at 7 p.m. June 28, at the Southern Indiana Center for the Arts, 2001 North Ewing Street in Seymour. There also will be food and art during the event. Those who attend are welcome to bring coolers and lawn chairs.

Seymour Area Farmers Market – The Seymour Area Farmers Market will operate from 8 a.m. to noon, June 29, in the farmers market lot off Walnut Street in Seymour.
Freeman Army Airfield Museum – The Freeman Army Airfield Museum is open from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. every Saturday. Appointments can be scheduled through the week by calling 812-271-1821.
Brownstown Speedway – Brownstown Speedway will host a race June 15, at Brownstown Speedway, 476 East County Road 100S, Brownstown. The Race will include Pure Stocks, ILMS Pro Late Models, Super Stocks, Crown Vics, and Hornets.

Live music at the Bearded Hobo – Bad Weather will perform at 6 p.m. June 29, at The Bearded Hobo, 1029 West Commerce Street, Brownstown. Tickets are $5. Lawn chairs are permitted.
