Tickets are now available at the Jackson County Visitor Center for the 10^th annual Dinner on the Medora Covered Bridge.

The dinner is scheduled for 6:30 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 7, at the bridge off State Road 235 in Medora. Tickets are $25 per person and includes a catered meal by Country Cookin’ Diner of Salem.

There also will be door prizes and musical guests Donna and Wes Griffin.

This dinner usually sells out, so it is recommended that those who are interested in attending purchase their tickets soon.

“This is always such an enjoyable event, and many people like to attend this dinner each year,” said Arann Banks, executive director of the Jackson County Visitor Center. “We certainly understand why when you have the opportunity to share a meal on such a historic and beautiful site.”

The bridge is one of Jackson County’s largest attractions, drawing an estimated 20,000 visitors each year.
